Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

No Returns or Refunds:
We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is placed, under any circumstances.

Exchanges & Replacement Only:
We offer exchanges or replacement for eligible orders, as per the conditions below.

MISSING OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

To process a claim for any missing or damaged item, the following is mandatory:

A complete unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened, without any cuts or edits.

Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
No Unboxing Video = No Claim.

EXCHANGE POLICY – INDIA ONLY

Exchange Window:
Exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.

Eligibility:

Products must be in original, unused condition .

SALE items and customized/personalized products are not eligible for exchange.

Each product/order is eligible for one-time exchange only

EXCHANGE CHARGES:

A flat fee of ₹200 (covers pickup and reshipping) is applicable.

If pickup is attempted and fails due to customer unavailability or refusal, the exchange request will be cancelled.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

No Exchanges or Returns are accepted on international orders.

Replacements are offered only if:

1) The product is received damaged, or
2) The customer receives an incorrect item.
